These are the terms and conditions for USparkleJewellery.com. By shopping on and using the USparkle Jewellery website you accept these terms and conditions.

USparkle Jewellery may be referred to as USparkleJewellery or USparkle Jewellery.

These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by USparkle Jewellery from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website and the services it provides represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

All USparkle Jewellery jewellery is handmade to a high quality. The colours of the jewellery displayed on your computer screen may appear differently to the actual product. It is important to be aware of this and accept that from time to time the product you receive may differ slightly from the product you see on your computer screen. USparkle Jewellery is not liable for any alteration in colour or manufacturing differences.

All USparkle Jewellery accessories ordered by you (our customers) will be dispatched for delivery by courier within 5 working days after full payment has been received. If a cheque is used as payment, the order will be dispatched upon clearance of the cheque (approximately one week). Orders made within New Zealand may take up to a further 7 working days delivery. International orders may take up to a further 2-3 weeks delivery.

All orders are charged a standard $10 shipping charge. Both national and international customers will be notified when orders have been dispatched. A courier delivery track and trace number will be available for reference in case a package is not received within the given time. If any product becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed an order you will be advised immediately and any payments you have made will be refunded.

Payment is accepted online through PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. PayPal offers payment options of PayPal account or Credit Card. All prices are in New Zealand currency. USparkle Jewellery is not to be held liable or responsible for the unauthorised use of any payment method. It is the credit card holder’s responsibility to ensure the use of their payment method is authorised. The delivery of any USparkle Jewellery product will only be made if and when payment has been received.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we endeavour to sell the best quality fashion accessories and to maintain the best service available. Please choose carefully. If you simply change your mind, by law we do not have to refund or exchange your purchased item(s). If a product is faulty and you return it within a reasonable period, along with proof of purchase, the product will be analysed. If it is determined the damage is not caused by your negligence, the product will be repaired. If it cannot be repaired within a reasonable period, the product will be exchanged. If we do not have a similar replacement item a refund will be given. If the product is found to be faulty you will not be charged for the repaired or replaced item(s) or the packaging/delivery charges of the repaired or replaced item(s). If you are returning faulty goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods. Please make sure you send any products returned to us are packed with care and sent with a reputable courier service that will provide a track and trace facility and insurance or we will not be held responsible. If it is found the product is not to be faulty, we will attempt to repair it for you free of charge. If we are unable to repair it free of charge we will contact you and inform you of the cost of repair. If the item is found not to be faulty, you will be charged for the return delivery charge to the address of your choice. If you agree to these charges we require payment before the product is repaired and delivered. These policies meet our obligations to provide a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

The prices marked on all products are in New Zealand currency and are GST inclusive. Prices are indicative only. Due to exchange rates and buying costs, the marked prices will vary. All purchases made in New Zealand are liable for a handling, packaging and delivery charge (as stated above). All taxes and duties that may be applicable in countries outside New Zealand are your responsibility, as is any fee charged for customs clearance once the product has left New Zealand.

Your orders are not retractable once they have been received by USparkle Jewellery. You must only place an order if you intend to buy the relevant item at the set price.

USparkle Jewellery owns the intellectual property rights and trademark of the name and logo USparkle Jewellery. You may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, publish, perform or create derivative works from any part of this website; commercialise, copy or on-sell any information or items obtained from any part of this website.

This website endeavours to maintain a safe and secure on line shopping facility. However, you are responsible for any activity which occurs on or through your membership account and to keep your personal information (including your email address and password, your physical address and telephone number, and your bank details) secret and secure. You must not permit any other person to use your password or account, not to disclose to any other person your password or any other information that may allow them to gain access to your account and you must change your password immediately if you believe that your account may have been used without your authorisation.

USparkle Jewellery collects personal information about you through your use of the services and the website including your personal details gained through the order process. You agree that USparkle Jewellery may use this personal information to assist us to provide the services to you, for internal research purposes, to verify your identity and bank details, for promoting and marketing other USparkle Jewellery products and services to you, and for any other use that you authorise. We will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information (as listed above) without your consent. We aim to maintain the privacy and security of all USparkle Jewellery customers. However, you do agree that USparkle Jewellery may disclose your personal informational, including your name and contact details, to the relevant authorities if we consider you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
